When you fill in our contact form, we ask for your name, mobile number, postcode, and a little about the space you're interested in. Your email address and budget are entirely optional. None of this is required to browse the site — only if you choose to enquire.
Right now, our enquiry form doesn't send your details to a server or database at all. Instead, it puts everything you've typed into a message and opens your own Text Message or WhatsApp app with that message ready to go — you choose whether to send it, and it's sent from your device, the same way any text or WhatsApp message would be. We only receive what you send us, the same as if you'd messaged us directly.
We use your information for one reason only: to get back to you about your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything beyond discussing your project with you.
This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics at the time of writing. We do load our fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to display the site's typefaces correctly — a standard, common practice, but worth mentioning in the interest of being upfront. If we add analytics or a customer management tool in future, we'll update this page to reflect that.
